Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive, Finance & Accounts. This role will be pivotal in supporting our finance and accounting functions, contributing to the efficient operation and growth of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Process daily client payments through BEFTN/RTGS/Cheque, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare vendor payments, including calculation of TDS and VDS deductions.

  • Generate transaction vouchers in Backoffice Software to record financial transactions accurately.

  • Compile monthly profit and loss statements to assess financial performance.

  • Deposit monthly TDS and VDS to the Government treasury via A challan.

  • Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Prepare regulatory reports such as Net Capital Balance and Consolidated Customers Bank AC reconciliation.

  • Generate management reports on demand basis to facilitate decision-making processes.
