Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator. The Business Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of the company by efficiently coordinating various administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, finance, or administration and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.
Prepare and coordinate financial and administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Promptly respond to emails and inquiries, effectively managing communication on behalf of the Director.
Assist in documenting and organizing the Director`s tasks and priorities.
Collaborate with finance, CDBL, sales, HR, and admin departments to facilitate reporting and administrative processes.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work overtime if required.
Willingness to travel outside of Dhaka city as needed.
