Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator. The Business Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of the company by efficiently coordinating various administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, finance, or administration and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director.

  • Prepare and coordinate financial and administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Promptly respond to emails and inquiries, effectively managing communication on behalf of the Director.

  • Assist in documenting and organizing the Director`s tasks and priorities.

  • Collaborate with finance, CDBL, sales, HR, and admin departments to facilitate reporting and administrative processes.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work overtime if required.

  • Willingness to travel outside of Dhaka city as needed.
