Experience:
5–8+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
To support and drive the HR strategy and operations in line with the organizational goals. The role involves managing key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace.
Lead end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth induction of new hires.
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and training needs.
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and grievances with fairness and compliance.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain updated employee records and HRIS systems.
Coordinate and evaluate learning programs and workshops.
Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and report regularly.
