∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The candidate should have minimum 7 years of relevant experience in well-known Garments Washing factory, out of which 2 years in the asked position.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on different type of washing on knit & woven products
∎ Should have proven leadership quality
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and result oriented
∎ Should have knowledge on computer applications & able to generate various reports
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage Garments Washing Production related activities under the guidance of Head of Washing.
∎ He will have to ensure optimum Washing Production with due consideration of quality.
∎ The ideal candidate should have ability to bring outside profitable orders to full fill factory capacity and executive the orders (both in house + outside) as per the production planning and delivery schedule.
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located at Gazipur is looking for potential candidate for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager (Washing). Washing capacity of the factory is 4-5 lac pieces/month.
