Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Engineering or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implementing the manufacturing goal of the Factory.
∎ To handle complete operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality & Maintenance.
∎ Taking corrective action as and when required & Resolving any factory-related issues.
∎ Managing employees, staff and their performances for smooth execution of factory operations.
∎ Ensuring that factory machineries are working smoothly.
∎ Responsible for the Safety of Employees and also for the Factory.
∎ Regularly inspecting then submitting them to the assigned key person.
∎ Assigning tasks to the factory staff & Motivating factory workers to achieve the factory targets.
∎ Creating and enforcing quality control standards.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any issues.
∎ Prepare weekly report on production and stocks.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management. finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Water pump , Gas Stove.
