Responsibilities & Context:
To lead the team to achieve the collection targets that are periodically set by the management.
Responsible of debt and cash collection from generated sales.
Have to generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that include CR and Marketing overdue.
Monitoring and taking regular feedback from the team members on daily collections
Client Follow-Up for the Purpose of Collection.
Sending emails to the client for the purpose of collecting overdue fees and registration costs.
Having working knowledge on MIS or Accounting related software (If required).
Customer Follow-Up for New Sales Following Payment.
Any other work-related task decided upon by management.
