Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training needs assessment to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on the subject matter and target audience
∎ Prepare and modify content for various training modules
∎ Design, facilitate and conduct training and development programs
∎ Assess the success of training and development programs, and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
∎ Maintain relationships with external training institutes and trainers
∎ Prepare, administer and maintain the training budget
∎ Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong presentation skill
∎ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
∎ Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
∎ Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
