Experience:
MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or relevant discipline.
• 7–9 years of practical experience in HR & Compliance.
Additional Requirements:
• Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and administrative practices.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Candidates willing to work at factory location will get preference.
Job Location: Bhabanipur, Gazipur Sadar.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO, FLA, buyer Codes of Conduct (CoC), and company policies
2. Maintain and update all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports.
3. Monitor and manage compliance certifications and audits such as WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, GMP, HIGG Index, SLCP Verification, and CT-PAT, BETTER WORK, ACCORD/RSC, NIRAPON, etc.
4. Applicant should be capable of preparing, implementing, and effectively monitoring Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against audit findings to ensure timely and sustainable compliance.
5. Handle buyer audits (COC)
6. Monitor daily worker health & safety issues including fire safety, accident investigation, and root cause analysis.
7. Arrange and conduct training programs such as orientation, health & safety, fire safety, first aid, MSDS, security awareness, and anti-harassment.
8. Update company policies, Code of Conduct, worker handbook, training policy, and workplace rules.
9. Ensure and maintain leave, wages, overtime, benefits, and compensation as per law.
10. Maintain grievance handling and disciplinary procedures. Ensure safe, healthy, and better working conditions across all departments.
11. Conduct regular factory walkthroughs to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures.
12. Maintain positive industrial relations among workers, factory management, and top management.
13. Coordinate with various types of government and non-government organizations.
14. Prepare and review payroll and salary sheets.
15. Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
16. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
17. Any other tasks assigned by the Management for the beneficial interest of the company.
