Experience in Feed Mill / Manufacturing Industry will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and administrative practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Executive - HR, Admin & Compliance for our Feed Mill operation located at Shakhipur, Tangail. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance standards, and maintaining proper petty cash management to support smooth factory operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Execute day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
Maintain employee personal files and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Administration:
Manage and supervise overall administrative activities of the Feed Mill to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, transport, accommodation, and support services.
Coordinate procurement and inventory management of office and administrative supplies.
Monitor utility services and maintain administrative records and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Compliance:
Ensure implementation and monitoring of company compliance requirements and standard operating procedures.
Maintain compliance documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Assist during internal and external audits and follow up corrective actions.
Monitor workplace discipline, operational standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Petty Cash Management:
Maintain and control site petty cash with proper documentation and approval process.
Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents before petty cash disbursement.
Prepare petty cash statements, reconciliation reports, and expense summaries.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for petty cash replenishment and reporting.
Ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance in petty cash utilization.
