• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or any relevant discipline.

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Age 40 to 45 years

• Candidates with an Industrial Engineering (IE) background will be given preference.
• Experience Requirements
• 10-12 years of experience in the garments manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior production management role.
• Experience in managing production operations of a large-scale garments factory is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of garment production processes, line balancing, productivity improvement, and capacity planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging production targets.

Job Location: Bhabanipur, Gazipur Sadar.

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage the production operations of our 40-line garments factory. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth production knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control overall garment production activities.
• Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow.
• Optimize manpower utilization and production efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management regularly.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management for the beneficial interest of the company.
