  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years for Deputy manager.

  • 1-2 Years of experience for Asst. Manager.

  • Skill Required: Technical Skills, Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems, MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential).

  • Knowledge required: A fair Knowledge of local labor laws, disciplinary procedures, compliance, and audit handling, Talent Management.

  • Having ability to Observation, Critical thinking, Analytical, Strong interpersonal and Communication skill is must & Work under pressure.

Brothers Furniture Ltd (BFL) is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Bangladesh, is looking for smart and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the HR & Admin Department.

Job location: Factory premises, Birulia, Savar

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, KPI based performance management, training & development.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices.

  • Oversee administrative functions such as office management, security, canteen, transport, and other general services.

  • Support organizational development through policy formulation and process improvement.

  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs, prepare analytical reports, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct salary analysis, ensure proper handling of compensation & benefit to support fair & competitive salary structure management.

  • Develop strong industrial relations practices to promote employee engagement and workplace harmony

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management on HR planning and workforce development.
