Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com in Accounting/ Finance,. MBA with CA course completed/qualified CA intermediate is highly preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out all jobs assigned to him/her in regards to Internal Audit of the organization.
∎ Make regular visit to all DRRA Projects including MCP, PNGOs as per Annual Audit Plan.
∎ Perform in accordance with audit programs.
∎ Carry out random checking of accounting and book-keeping documents (Financial Statements and transactions and compliance organization's Policies and Principles) to determination and authentication of accuracy and necessary clarification of accounts.
∎ To be intimated for taking necessary action by the management where errors, frauds and misappropriation are detected.
∎ Carry out random visit of DRRA projects at field level to detection of errors, frauds and misappropriation and whether the policy and procedures are properly followed.
∎ Ensure Public/local laws (Tax, VAT, etc) and various provisions are enumerated in the DRRA Manuals (Personnel, Operation, Book-Keeping and Accounting) have been composed with.
∎ Carry out random checking of stores, inventories of all projects, PNGOs regularlythis will include the all Projects as well as stores.
∎ Carry out random checking of organization's Fixed Assets and Properties and ensure necessary verifications and existence of assets are in good condition.
∎ Submit monthly reports of visit/other assignments to the head of Internal Audit Coordinator or person designated by him / her with copy to Grants & Finance Controller and Executive Director as per deadline.
∎ Keeping the audited evidences properly as record in working paper files.
∎ He/she shall fulfill such other function as may be assigned to him/her by the Head of Internal Audit Coordinator or designated by him/her.
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned to him/her by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Audit.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 04-06 year experience in related area of field. Women are strongly encouraged to apply and will be preferred.Computer Literacy: Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office package.Report writing skills in English and Bengali.Good Communication and speaking skill in both English and Bengali.
