DRRA is one of the largest development organizations in the field of disability in Bangladesh since 1996, working for developing an inclusive society and promoting rights of persons with disabilities as well as for the destitute. We served more than 1.2 million of persons with disabilities, and 43 thousand of NDD persons in the last 20 years. DRRA awarded from United Nation`s for evolving inclusive education as best model in Bangladesh. Currently DRRA is working in Satkhira, Manikganj, Gazipur and Dhaka. We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated candidate to join in the team from January 2025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR operation and providing support to Coordinator – Administration/Head of Operation for HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Passion for DRRA’s mission and dedication to ensure HR practices align with the organization`s mission and values to demonstrate DRRA’s commitments to building an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Initiate recruitment process for select and hiring talent and onboarding with orientation on DRRA policies and Job Description
Support DRRA management to implement retention programs to reduce turnover, ensuring that employees remain motivated and committed.
Identify the training requirements and organize effective training and track the training records for the best result.
Align HR strategies with DRRA’s organizational goals, ensuring that HR initiatives support the long-term vision following DRRA HR Policy.
Initiate the employee performance monitoring and ensure timely and effective evaluations for all staff. Address performance issues effectively, providing constructive feedback and professional growth opportunities.
Support to DRRA management to make accurate and timely decisions that improve; the efficiency of HR functions.
Develop a good working environment and get feedbacks from employees for day-to-day development.
Uphold high Ethical Standards, ensuring HR operations exhibit integrity, transparency, and compliance with DRRA`s values.
Manage service contracts, volunteer contracts, reference check, job postings and keep update personnel file.
Support to manage HR-related budgets and ensuring that HR activities are cost-effective and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
