Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, promoting and implementing various sales & marketing strategies.
∎ Analyze market demand, ensure availability and visibility through sales & distribution.
∎ Team management and capability improvement.
∎ Relationship management with key customers.
∎ Cross-functional coordination.
∎ Maintain and increase standards of customer service.
∎ Focus on the qualitative business matrix to ensure a sustainable business platform.
∎ Analyze competitive business environment and ensure business opportunities.
∎ Manage and maintain customer's portfolio.
∎ Monitor and report on competitor's activity.
∎ Developing sales and marketing strategies that ensure sales goals.
∎ Develop a growth strategy through sales & marketing to ensure financial gain for the company.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company and take backup strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in relevant industry.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & travel extensively
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent presentation skills.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
