• Ability to work under pressure & travel extensively.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.

• Possessing an overall “CAN DO” attitude.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (ASM/ DSM) in Sales and Marketing to assist in the advertising and selling of TMSS LPG products and to create competitive advantages for TMSS LPG Limited.

Job Description:

• Planning, organizing, promoting and implementing various sales & marketing strategies.

• Analyze market demand, ensure availability and visibility through sales & distribution.

• Team management and capability improvement.

• Relationship management with key customers.

• Cross-functional coordination.

• Maintain and increase standards of customer service.

• Focus on the qualitative business matrix to ensure a sustainable business platform.

• Analyze competitive business environment and ensure business opportunities.

• Manage and maintain customers’ portfolios.

• Monitor and report on competitors’ activities.

• Developing sales and marketing strategies that ensure sales goals.

• Develop a growth strategy through sales & marketing to ensure financial gain for the company.

• Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company and take backup strategies.

Job Location: Primarily for the Dhaka market.

• Salary review : Yearly.
