Job Context:
∎ TMSS LPG Ltd is currently looking for professionals for Design & Motion Graphics as Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive for creating visual communications to convey messages for LPG products and aware consumers.
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop visually engaging and creative graphics, illustrations, and animations for marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and brand promotion.
∎ Source, negotiate and deal with agencies, vendors and suppliers.
∎ Coordinate with all operations and all types of channels of communications.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
∎ Create innovative content, Blog posts, Infographics, Photoshops and Video editing.
∎ Analyze the latest competitive digital marketing strategy that is related to the product.
∎ Produce captivating motion graphics and animations for use in marketing videos, presentations, and multimedia content.
∎ Design graphics and assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
∎ Design and prepare print-ready materials for advertisements and promotional items.
∎ Translate marketing concepts and messaging into visually compelling stories and narratives through graphic design and animations.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure alignment of design materials with overall marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar field in the relevant industry or in FMCG industry.
∎ Experience in relevant areas will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Motion Graphics Tools.
∎ Vast knowledge about advertising campaigns.
∎ Proper knowledge of "Creative Conceptualization"
∎ Creative problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary review : Yearly.
∎ Festival bonus : 3 times (Yearly)
