Job Context:
∎ TMSS LPG Ltd. is currently looking for a Senior Executive (Sales Admin) to develop and implement strategies and policies to ensure TMSS LPG Ltd.`s sales operations smoothly.
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing team, assisting with sales activities, order processing and customer inquiries.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and order processing.
∎ Oversee and coordinate the order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Collaborate with the relevant team/department to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability for sales.
∎ Interact with customers and distributors to address inquiries, provide product information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Generate and compile sales reports, performance metrics and market data to assist in decision-making by the sales and marketing team.
∎ Coordinate with sales & marketing team, distributors, dealers and users to facilitate sales activities and track progress towards sales targets.
∎ Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, including brochures, presentations and product catalogs.
∎ Schedule and organize sales and marketing team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Maintain and update customer and distributor databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact information.
∎ Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
∎ Assist with office administrative work, provide training and guidance to sales and administrative staff as needed to improve efficiency and customer service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Admin in relevant industry or in FMCG industry.
∎ Experience in relevant areas.
∎ Creative problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Multitasking ability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent presentation skills.
∎ Operating knowledge in SAP SD module.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary review : Yearly.
∎ Festival bonus : 3 times (Yearly)
