    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
  • 6 to 8 years’ experience in compliance, preferably in RMG/textile sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Codes of Conduct, and audit standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ACCORD/ALLIANCE, ISO, etc.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure factory compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
  • Maintain updated compliance documentation, permits, and licenses.
  • Prepare the facility for social, technical, and environmental audits.
  • Lead internal audits and follow-up on corrective action plans (CAP).
  • Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and buyer compliance teams.
  • Support development and rollout of compliance policies, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR, safety, and CSR-related policies.
  • Monitor working conditions, worker welfare, and grievance mechanisms.
  • Oversee anti-harassment committee, safety committee, and other required forums.
  • Track overtime, working hours, age verification, and employee records.
  • Maintain chemical inventory, MSDS, and environmental monitoring records.
  • Assist in meeting environmental standards (waste management, emissions, ETP/STP operations etc.).
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and buyers.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, Safety, and Production to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Support risk assessments and compliance improvement plans.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
