Responsibilities & Context:
Sourcing products & compare with running products.
Complete purchasing process as per management guideline.
Follow-up timely delivery of purchased/ arranged materials.
Co-ordinate with transport department to arrange transport for delivery.
Bill processing after collecting QC, MRR and other related documents.
Co-ordinate with accounts department for payment.
Positive mentality to perform tasks outside office, including Factory Visit.
Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
