• Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Washing Factory

• Age 30 to 45 years

Mandatory Technical Knowledge

• Sound knowledge of textile dyes, chemicals, auxiliaries, and restricted substances.

• Practical experience with:

  • ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals)

  • MRSL/RSL management

  • Chemical inventory & MSDS/SDS management

  • Wastewater treatment plant (ETP) compliance

  • Environmental monitoring & reporting

  • Hazardous chemical storage and handling

• Good understanding of Bangladesh environmental laws and labor laws.

• Knowledge of international compliance standards:

  • OEKO-TEX

  • GOTS

  • Higg Index

  • WRAP / BSCI / SEDEX compliance

• Experience facing buyer audits and certification audits independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full environmental, chemical, social, and safety compliance of the dyeing factory.

• Monitor chemical usage, storage, and disposal according to ZDHC and buyer requirements.

• Coordinate ETP operation and environmental documentation.

• Maintain compliance documentation, CAP follow-up, and audit readiness.

• Liaise with buyers, third-party auditors, and government authorities.
