Training & Development
Identify training needs through departmental coordination and employee performance analysis.
Prepare annual training calendar in line with organizational requirements.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Arrange training logistics including venue, materials, attendance, and communication.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare post-training assessment reports.
Support development of learning materials, presentations, and SOP-based training content.
Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding training programs.
Maintain training database and generate periodic reports for management.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Assist in implementation and monitoring of the organization’s PMS process.
Coordinate KPI/KRA collection and performance appraisal documentation.
Follow up with departments regarding appraisal deadlines and performance review completion.
Maintain employee performance records and PMS tracker.
Support calibration meetings and performance review discussions.
Assist management in preparing performance analysis reports and improvement plans.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee performance data.
Support increment, promotion, confirmation, and development recommendations through PMS data.
Employee Development & Organizational Support
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement and development activities.
Assist in competency mapping and career development planning.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare monthly HR development and PMS reports for management.
