Job Context:
∎ Location: BRAC Head Office
∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ Ensuring effective and efficient conduction of training, quality CPD activities to develop IAD staffs and Strategic Level Support to the Senior Manager, CDU

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Training Need Assessment
∎ Training needs are assessed through focus group discussion and identification of potential risks and requirement training as per PMS.
∎ Exchange views and satisfy queries of audit staffs and supervisor for smooth operation of IAD.
∎ B. Material Development
∎ Assist in developing of Training material and updating of materials in light of organizational recent change and management expectation on quarterly basis.
∎ Assist in Development of CPD materials and disseminate the materials among the IAD staffs.
∎ C. Training Facilitation
∎ Assist in arranging and facilitation of training sessions relating to Audit conduction and other professional technical issues.
∎ Supervise preparation of training report and documentation.
∎ Monitor and review the progress of trainees through evaluation, and discussion with management.
∎ Assist in preparing Annual Training Plan and implementation of that target.
∎ Assist in arranging training participants for BRAC Generic training.
∎ D. Communication

∎ Communicate with different zone, division and section within the department for successfully completion of annual training plan.
∎ Maintain co-ordination with BLD and other department for staff training related matters and regarding update of circular during the year.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 Years of experience in Internal Audit, Training and Capacity Development Service.
∎ Training Module Development Skills (PowerPoint, Excel Dashboard), Presentation Skills, Training MIS.
∎ IIA Standards, Country's Laws and Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance and Accounts.
∎ Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation, People Management.
