Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an organized Deputy Manager in Sales and Marketing (Industrial & Commercial Bulk Sales) to sell our company`s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the Industrial & Commercial market
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Bulk LP Gas targeting industrial and commercial customers to achieve revenue and market share growth.
∎ Planning, organizing, promoting and implementing various sales strategies for profitability.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring satisfaction and retention levels maintaining technical specifications and safety protocols.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with industrial and commercial clients, ensuring favorable agreements for both parties.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the industrial and commercial sectors.
∎ Lead and manage a sales team dedicated to bulk sales, providing guidance, coaching & support to achieve sales targets.
∎ Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, providing insights to senior management.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies in the sale and distribution of Bulk LP Gas.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the industrial and commercial sectors.
∎ Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to facilitate inventory management and production planning.
∎ Collaborate with customer care and support teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly with cross-functional coordination.
∎ Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve sales objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
∎ Problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent presentation skills.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.

∎ Festival bonus : 3 times (Yearly)
