∎ PGD (Compliance) from BIM or LLB degree holder will get preference.

∎ Skills Required: HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Pharmaceuticals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Very good job knowledge.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must stay at factory premises (dormitory) or near factory.
