Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Distribution department of Steel Industry with team work.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Ensure 100% load-challan form factory to end user by factory distribution team within set lead time .
∎ Supervise delivery reconciliation with packing department physical vs ERP software at set time interval.
∎ Monitor & report Delivery & inventory status regularly.
∎ Ensure in implementing strategic business objectives, strategies and plans in support of the company's strategic goals.
∎ Ensure the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting as when basis physical counts.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to minimize loss and maximize revenue.
∎ Ensure effective cross-functional communication occurs to resolves issues and accomplish company goals.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Proven working experience as a Logistics and Distribution Manager.
