Production, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, SPortswear, Synthetic Shoes
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review & develop process, policy and strategy of production system of synthetic shoes.
∎ Responsible for total production operation with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Experience in assembling and finishing of Synthetic shoes to meet the production target with expected quality.
∎ Good knowledge in production layout plan, production planning, manpower planning etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in technical point and trouble shooting of sport shoes.
∎ Experience in admin and compliance.
∎ Have to submit day to day various production report to the management.
∎ Responsible for prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Assist to smoothen the industrialization process.
∎ To assist on TR/PR on time to avoid production loss.
∎ Ensure that Process requirement, QA system and SOP are respected and sustainable at all process.
∎ To ensure and sustain product quality standard for the assembly floor through Trouble Shooting.
∎ Make sure that products are confirming as per buyer and quality requirement.
∎ If any Critical/ Major defect found, need to solve them autonomously or inform to senior person to solve them immediately.
∎ Ensure about all comments and approval to reduce mistakes.
∎ Work on Top Defects by Root Cause Analysis and set Action Plan to solve them as soon as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ It is expected that selected candidate shall need to stay near factory premises (Tongi, Gazipur).
∎ Who have worked in synthetic shoes or sportswear will be given preference.
∎ Expert in MS Office.
∎ Leadership & Negotiation capability.
∎ Good Communication.
∎ Problem solving capability.
∎ Team Player with positive attitude.
∎ Honest. Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
