Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ BBA with MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth factory operations to meet production target & delivery deadlines.
∎ Formulate and implement relevant methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding operation to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations.
∎ Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization by reducing wastes to increase productivity and profitability.
∎ To increase the capacity and skills of production team for cost minimize.
∎ Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule and achieve accordingly.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises.
∎ Have to ensure production and delivery as per factory plan.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of factory requirement.
∎ Able to work with international buyers with satisfactory level.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years working experience in Export oriented manufacturing company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Footwear sector/Shoe manufacturing concern will be getting preferred.
∎ Please do not apply if you have no relevant experience
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
