Responsibilities & Context:

Develop, update, and implement company-wide policies while strictly ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

Manage recruitment processes, including JD preparation, screening candidates, conducting interviews.

Review performance, manage payroll data and administer employee benefits and bonuses.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Supervise daily office operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Oversee office supply chains, manage relationships with external vendors, and handle contracts

Maintain accurate employee databases, personnel files, and company records.

Any other tasks assign by Management.
