∎ Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
∎ Managing all HR and Admin operations of the company including compensation, training, compliance, HR
∎ Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, etc.
∎ Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
∎ Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
∎ Designing and implementing performance management system.
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Execute overall company admin related activities.
∎ Maintain and control transport at the company.
∎ Plan and coordinate Security Management at the company.
∎ Maintain excellent company relations between the workers, floor staff & the top management of the company.
∎ Follow up monthly and quarterly Administration Reporting.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Plan, organize and control all activities of the department at the company side.
∎ Ensure the Proper Management of office equipment.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative function in renowned business organisations, with substantial proven experience in a managerial capacity
∎ Excellent spoken, reading and writing skills in English & Bangla with the ability to produce high quality analytical reports and proposals

∎ Articulate and responsive communication skills
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as being easily accessible and sensitivity to concerns of staffs at all level
