Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
∎ Masters degree/ MBA (Major in HRM/ related field) with practical human capital development knowledge & strong communication skill; both written & oral.
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,East West University,BRAC University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Maintains the work structure by updating job recruitment and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes etc.
∎ Prepares employees for all assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Ensure legal compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years proven working experience as Assistant HR Manager.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ People Oriented and result driven.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
