Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational marketing:
∎ Assist the Marketing Manager and team in the conceptualization, planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns which may include selection of models/ambassadors, shooting, coordination with the designers for instance and also support in the implementation of the campaign offline and online
∎ Help in the creation and implementation of yearly Sundora marketing plans categorically, as well as prepare past and future marketing and budgeting reports where necessary
∎ ?Come up with innovative and creative ideas for planning and execution of promotional programs (samples/discount/promotional offers etc.) in coordination with relevant logistic and operations teams
∎ Assist managers in developing Sundora corporate materials (Shopping bags, uniforms, wrapping papers, invitation cards...)
∎ Analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns and help define appropriate KPI
∎ Ensure effective implementation of Sundora customer loyalty program
∎ Public Relations
∎ Assist in design and implementation of strong in-store events and PR activities to develop Sundora awareness
∎ Have the ability to Create appropriate contents for Sundora blog and press releases
∎ Support in media planning: selection of platforms & target publications, leverage media buys, negotiation of rates & positioning
∎ Connect liaise with and help in KOL collaboration to develop Sundora image and awareness
∎ Instore animation and promotion
∎ Support in the implementation of strong instore promotional program and permanent VM (collateral, display drivers in collaboration with Visual Merchandising team
∎ Social media
∎ Regularly follow up the Sundora community management with the communication agencies
∎ Stay informed and aware of and accountable for Sundora social media accounts
∎ Budget Managing
∎ Help develop Sundora yearly marketing budget
∎ Support in the management, proper record-keeping and follow up all expenses
Salary: Negotiable
