Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the marketing of the retail brand across all categories . He/she will translate marketing and retail environment strategies into customers programs, identify shopper insights to develop and roll out effective marketing & PR campaign and shopper engagement programs to drive the Retail chain's awareness.
∎ Operational marketing:
∎ Lead in conceptualization, planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns (can include selection of models/ambassadors, shooting, coordination with the designers) until the implementation of the campaign offline and online
∎ Define and implement the yearly marketing plans by category
∎ Plan and execute the promotional programs (samples/discount/GWP...), coordinate with the relevant logistic and operations teams
∎ Develop the corporate materials (shopping bags, uniforms, wrapping papers, invitation cards...)
∎ Analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns and define appropriate KPI
∎ Implement the new customer loyalty program
∎ Public Relations:
∎ Design and implement strong in-store events and PR activities to develop the Retail chain's awareness
∎ Create content for its blog and press releases
∎ Responsible for media planning: selection of platforms & target publications, leverage media buys, negotiation of rates & positioning
∎ Initiate some KOL collaboration to develop the image and awareness: selection of KOL profile in line with brand identity, development of brand content and specific campaign
∎ Instore animation and promotion:
∎ Implement strong instore promotional program and permanent VM?(collateral, display drivers...) in collaboration with the VM Manager
∎ Social media:
∎ Follow up the community management with the communication agency
∎ Responsible for the social media accounts
∎ Budget managing:
∎ Responsible for the yearly marketing budget
∎ Manage and follow up all expenses

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
