Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Expertise in edible oil manufacturing processes (crushing, refining, bleaching, deodorizing).Knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance management.Excellent understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.Budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization skills.

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in edible oil/refinery industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the soybean oil plant to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

2. Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business targets.

3. Optimize use of machinery, raw materials, and manpower to maximize output and reduce downtime.

4. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.

5. Implement strict quality control procedures at every stage of production.

6. Enforce safety protocols, environmental standards, and statutory compliance across the factory.

7. Prepare and manage production budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

8. Monitor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and spare parts.
