∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Masters in any subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Age relaxation may be permitted if the candidates posses any specialization.
∎ Minimum 7-10 years work experience in production of various type & size of Cables & Conductor using newer technologies in any reputed Cable Manufacturing Industry.
∎ To get smooth production candidates must be knowledge & idea about cable making machinery like Drawing, Stranding, Bunching, Extrusion, Packing etc.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, product quality, testing, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes,
∎ Keep sound knowledge about Machine Maintenance.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and manpower management skills
∎ Computer literacy
