Experience: The qualified professional accountants with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification job experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Multi-national Organizations. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant sector experience.
Candidates should be strong knowledge of labour law, Income Tax and VAT.
Proficiency in working within an Oracle environment is a significant advantage.
Ability to thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Oversee all financial operations of the company.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Analyze and report on financial performance.
Collaborate with other departments to drive financial strategy and growth.
Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Age Limit : Candidates should not be above 45 years of age. However, age relaxation may be considered for candidates with specialized qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
Developing & formulating the existing Store Management / Distribution planning & strategy for achieving organizational goals.
Maintain close liaison /collaborates with related department to coordinate Production, Sales and Purchasing.
Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Work place: The position required to work at the company`s Head Office in Kushtia. The selected candidate needs to relocate to Kushtia with family.
