• At Least Bachelor Degree from any reputed University. CPP Certificate Holder are Highly valued.

• Have to background in law inforcement as Rtd. Amry Person:

  At Least 5 years of experience as Head of Security in any reputed manufacturing Industry Company / Organisation

• Leadership and Management: Porven track record managing diverse teams, developing security and leading crisis response.

• Physical and Technical Security: Experties with access control, surveillance (CCTV), Alarm systems, Fire system and physical security protocols.

• Risk Management: Strong analytical skills to identify threats, assess vulnerabilities and implement mitigation plans.

• Compliance & Legal: Knowledge of securty laws, rgulations, and stalutory obligations

• Incident Respons: Experince managing and reponding to security incident and braches

Required qualification & experience are described below:-

Position: Head Of Security - But post should be Manager or DGM depends on qualification and experience of Candidate

Responsibility:

• Responsible for company total security system.

• Ensure Check post security around company.

• Ensure to check out all incoming and outgoing vehicle as challan.

• Ensure employees check on incoming and outgoing properly.

• Ensure to Monitoing all the CC TV around company

• Must have to attend on any incident time at factory premises.

Work Place: The position required to work in Head Office of the company at Kushtia. The selected candidates required to stay in Kushtia with family.
