Sprinkler system.
HVAC
Selection of chiller.
Selection of pumps.
Selection of AHU fan coil.
Selection of pipe sizes.
Selection of ducts.
BMS
Chiller management system.
Energy management system.
Cooling automation system.
Water Management System
Selection of pipe sizes.
Selection of pumps.
Rain water management.
Lift
Selection of lift sizes.
Selection of lift openings.
Selection of the speed of the lift.
Proficient skills in reading architectural drawings and other relevant technical documents.
To have very good understanding in design of Auto CAD.
To ensure occupational safety in relevant places.
To maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
To perform all other duties/responsibilities assigned by the management.
