∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, Directing and overall responsibilities of factory, like as production process of all unit (Plywood, Particle Board, MDF, Melamine Faced chip board, Veneered board), Engineering, Administrative, Safety issues.
∎ Maintaining liaison with concerned authority of corporate office to ensure timely support of necessary spares and local govt. authorities for factory related issues.
∎ Ensuring targeted production and satisfy the market demand with quality products.
∎ Maximizing the utilization of resources (human resources, raw materials, machineries & other resources) through minimizing/avoiding wastage & efficiency.
∎ Ensuring continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance management) subordinates through motivation, supervision, counselling, control & training.
∎ Monitoring, supervision of erection, Installation & commissioning of machineries as and when necessary.
∎ Suggest the company management in order to incorporate any changes in to the product process for minimizing the cost of production.
∎ Supervising the cleaning and overhauling of total dismantled machineries before installation.
∎ Coordinating the erection of job commissioning job of the newly set up plant.
∎ Responsible of overall production activities of the plant with set up of required manpower to the machine effectively through proper training.
∎ Preparing preventive maintenance schedule of the plant with the aid of maintenance team.
∎ Implementing 5S in the production floor and arranging for Quality Control meeting on regular basis.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Day to day focused auditing of process and Quality procedure.
∎ Critical evaluation of each step of production operation.
∎ Day to day monitoring/control of chemical usage in each section.
∎ Preparing of all technical statistical report of all units.
∎ Development of new products.
∎ Supporting line management in troubleshooting, re-commissioning and efficient operation of plant to reduce downtime.
∎ Conducting functional/ISO/Safety training of employees.
Salary: Negotiable
