∎ Industrial Engineering / IPE / Similar educational qualifications will be definitely given more priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge of all types of Knit Garments manufacturing and the overall operations of the factory.
∎ Should have proven knowledge in managing factory operations based on modern concepts.
∎ Overall supervision of IE & Production Department.
∎ Must be familiar with modern garments factory.
∎ Must have a thorough knowledge of time value, operation cost & optimum productivity.
∎ Well-versed in monitoring knit production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be having a positive mentality accepts any challenges and adopts to frequent changes.
∎ Must be a good problem-solving person who can make decisions.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have computer literacy and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
