∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Candidates Should have experience in running a floor of around 10 tons daily capacity or a section of a larger floor (20 tons) of which he was in charge of 8-10 tons in a Knit Dyeing Factory.
∎ He should be able to run his own lab, getting sample approval and also bring in his own sub-contract customers. He should be self-motivated with an extensive network of factories he is in contact with
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership and Planning Developing and implementing production plans for the knit dyeing departments to meet organizational goals.
∎ Setting quality and efficiency standards for knit dyeing processes.
∎ Coordinating with upper management to align departmental activities with the company's vision.
∎ Production Management Overseeing the entire knit dyeing process to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Able to run his own lab, getting sample approval and also bring in his own sub-contract customers.
∎ Managing the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of resources, such as machines, raw materials, and labor.
∎ Monitoring and resolving production bottlenecks or issues.
∎ Quality Control Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures for knit dyed fabrics.
∎ Ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of production processes and outputs.
∎ Addressing quality complaints and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Process Optimization Introducing innovations and improvements in knit dyeing techniques. Implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
∎ Collaborating with the technical team to upgrade machinery and technologies.
∎ Team Supervision and Development Leading and mentoring a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators in the knit dyeing departments.
∎ Conducting training sessions to improve team skills and productivity.
∎ Ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for employees.
∎ Coordination and Communication Liaising with other departments such as purchasing, design, and sales to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Communicating with suppliers and vendors for raw materials like yarns, dyes, and chemicals.
∎ Addressing customer queries and feedback related to knit dyeing processes.
∎ Compliance and Reporting To follow compliance with environmental and safety regulations in the knit dyeing processes.
∎ Preparing and submitting production reports to senior management.
∎ Keeping track of inventory and ensuring stock availability for continuous production.
∎ Problem-Solving Diagnosing issues in machinery, processes, or materials and implementing effective solutions.
∎ Managing unexpected challenges like machine breakdowns, dyeing defects, or raw material shortages.
