∎ Age 32 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure routine maintenance and repairs on utility equipment, machinery, and systems.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure that electrical systems are in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
∎ Oversee the installation of new electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
∎ Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
∎ Prepare all necessary documents as well electrical system as per buyer standard to conduct necessary audit.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols for electrical systems and equipment.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance.
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections and internal audits in coordinating other dept.
∎ Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
∎ Create reports detailing equipment status, maintenance activities, and expenditures.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, including Production and Quality Control, to address electrical and machine-related issues affecting production.
∎ Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and production teams.
∎ Identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement energy-efficient practices.
∎ Ensure scheduled maintenance of boiler, generator, compressor, substation, and all other machinery and equipment in a cost-effective manner as well as ensure all power distribution will smooth to support continuous production.
∎ Monitor and analyze energy consumption to reduce operational costs.
∎ Monthly provide cost effective comparison statement to management about work excellences and optimization.
∎ Daily report to concern authorities all electrical, machineries and utilities safety are okay before staring the factory and after closing factory.
