Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline (Preferably in HRM).
∎ PGDHRM (Desired but not mandatory)
∎ Certification and Training in HR field (Desired but not mandatory)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing HR budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.
∎ Build an empowered workforce of university leaders at every level who embody organization values.
∎ Formulate HR related plans, policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring that these support the needs of the business with necessary flexibility to productively respond to changes in the organization.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategy in line with the EDU goals.
∎ Actively work on building a lasting employer brand and relationship.
∎ Establish and administer a performance management system (PMS) to ensure fair performance appraisals at all levels as well as promoting effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
∎ Promote, Build & Maintain a learning culture.
∎ Enable operations of a complex university system.
∎ Develop exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing skills at a senior management level.
∎ Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances

Additional Requirements:
∎ A deep understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and Rules, and associated best practices. Experience in international employment law is preferred.
∎ Knowledge and experience of HRIS/HRMS is desirable.
∎ Sound knowledge of EQ.
∎ Familiarity with AGILE workflows.
∎ Train/coach/guide frameworks and methodologies.
∎ Change Management Expertise.
∎ 5+ Years of Experience. Experience in a HR Lead Role.
∎ Experience in Start-up Environment (Desired but not mandatory)

Salary:
