∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review EOI/proposal requirements and enable to provide of qualified CVs as per the TORs
∎ Collect and prepare CVs as per the prescribed format of the RFP
∎ Assist the proposal section/team in preparing EOIs/proposals
∎ Ensure effective communication with the client during preparing EOIs/proposals
∎ Keep liaison with other reputed consultants, professionals, firms, Govt./ private agencies for updation procurement activities
∎ Prepare a CV database/Bank having CV grading
∎ Conduct and assist all relevant activities related to business development and CV management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Has worked at a reputed consulting firm for at least 5 years and has satisfactory number of CVs of consultants at his disposal. Without this qualification candidates don't need to apply. Experience with consulting firm is relaxable if the candidate is equipped with CV database, which is outstanding.
∎ Excellent writing and oral skills in English and Bengali
∎ Must have capability to write field reports/notes
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Must have good exposure to computer and MS office program
∎ Has good communication skills
∎ Can work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Lucrative salary is waiting for the qualified candidate)
