Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good writing and reporting abilities in both English and Bangla.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in challenging environments.
Proficiency in Ai (like ChatGPT etc.), GSuite, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SPSS or STATA or NVivo, excellency will be a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise field enumerators or data collectors.
Facilitate stakeholder and public consultation meetings at the field and national levels.
Conduct qualitative data collection including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and community consultations.
Assist in report writing, including drafting of baseline surveys, Social Impact Assessments (SIA), Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), Gender Analyses, etc.
Support documentation and formatting for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate and communicate with field teams, local stakeholders, and project partners.
Undertake frequent field visits across project locations, often in rural and semi-urban areas.
Educational Requirement: Honors or Master’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, Anthropology, or Relevant fields from a UGC approved reputed university.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in social research, development project implementation, or consultancy support will be an advantage; Fresh graduates with strong motivation and relevant field work exposure are also encouraged to apply.
Employment Status: Contractual (will be extended of the contract based on the performance).
