Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies, Economics
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise census and Inventory of Losess (IOL) survey
∎ Conduct stakeholder consultations and prepare consultation report
∎ Prepare Social Impact Assessment (SIA)
∎ Conduct gender assessment and prepare Gender Action Plan (GAP)
∎ Conduct project impact and alternative livelihood assessment and Prepare income livelihood restoration plan (ILRP)
∎ Prepare Land Acquisition Plan and Resettlement Plan
∎ Prepare Social safeguards Documents as per requirements
∎ Assist in the implementation of GAP, ILRP, LAP, RAP
∎ Conduct activities as per direction of Deputy Team Leader, Team Leader

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Provide leadership and management support in planning ,implementation, monitoring, quality assurance and evaluation
∎ Experience in World Bank/ADB/JICA funded development projects
∎ Excellent writing and oral skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must have capability to write reports.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Have knowledge about land acquisition law of Bangladesh.
∎ Must have good exposure to computer and MS office program.
∎ Solution driver, dynamic, self motivated and ability to work under pressure and willingness to visit field frequently.

Salary: Negotiable
