Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate as Cutting Coordination Manager for its factory located at Gazipur (near Mawna).
∎ The factory is producing 30-35 tons finished knit fabrics and having around 120 sewing lines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the overall activities of all the Cutting Units of the factory.
∎ He will have to make effective coordination with Dyeing, Printing, Embroidery, Store, Cutting and other related departments/ sections and ensure providing 1,30,000/- to 1,50,000/- garment cut pieces every day for smooth production of all the garment lines.
∎ The ideal candidate has to ensure timely receiving of finished fabrics and cutting of knit fabrics to feed garments sewing lines as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to work as a Cutting Manager & have ability to increase cutting productivity through maintaining effective coordination with related departments/sections are highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 3 years in the Managerial Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should have knowledge on software based marker making, CAD uses etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on increasing cutting efficiency & minimizing wastages
∎ Should be hard working, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented
