Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for Customer Support Executive online to assist in Facebook chatting, attending calls, getting online orders, etc for our E-commerce website and Facebook page.
Job Responsibilities:
Computer knowledge Basic.
Facebook SMS reply.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Positive attitude and self-motivation. Receive & make calls to the customers.
Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
Capable of handling incoming/ outgoing calls. Collect customer feedback.
