  • Only Female
  • Preferred 0-1 year of work experience managing social media for online businesses.

  • Running Student allowed

  • Computer knowledge

  • Computer Fast Typing

  • Facebook SMS reply.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation. Receive & make calls to the customers.

  • Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.

  • Capable of handling incoming/ outgoing calls. Collect customer feedback.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive online to assist in Facebook chatting, attending calls, getting online orders, etc, for our E-commerce website and Facebook page.

Full time (9AM to 7PM).
