- Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
- Capable of handling incoming/ outgoing calls. Collect customer feedback.
Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive online to assist in Facebook chatting, attending calls, getting online orders, etc, for our E-commerce website and Facebook page.
Full time (9AM to 7PM)
