Responsibilities & Context:
· Handle high volume incoming calls to Helpline.
· Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, product information, and issue resolution.
· Provide clear and accurate information regarding company products and services.
· Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Refer unresolved issues to designated persons.
· Report complex issues to the team leader.
· Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
· Educate customers about product features and benefits.
· Handle social media communication (Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) and respond to customer queries.
